No funded consistency rule
No cap on withdrawals

TPT's blog says the trading-day count in Rule 5 is what changed. Public Zendesk snippets for Rule 5 / "Be Consistent" still described a 5-day minimum when we checked. Direct help-center fetches were blocked (HTTP 403). Prefer the homepage + PR + official blog for the new-account rule until Zendesk catches up.
